Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). UK standard and tracked delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. We also offer international shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–16 business days after dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Tracking information is provided where a tracked service is selected.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can help put things right.

Returns & Refunds

We accept refunds for damaged or faulty items only, within 14 days of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required.

Please note that digital downloads, custom-made products, and sale or final sale items are non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact us at bennettsbiccys@hotmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
